This Christian based independent living retirement community is a non-profit organization owned by a federation of WELS congregations in the greater Phoenix area.  The center includes 24 one and two bedroom apartments with comfortable surroundings at reasonable rates.  A full time manager lives on site.

Smoke Tree Village Retirement Center

This independent living retirement center is a non-profit organization owned and operated by STV Inc., and is overseen by First Ev. Lutheran Church in Prescott, Arizona.  There are eight two-bedroom living units complete with patio, garage, and storage.  The facility also has a clubhouse for residents.
