The Lutheran Women's Missionary Society is a national organization affiliated with the WELS. Local chapters on the congregational level join together to form regional chapters (or circuits) throughout the country.Regional rallies and retreats are sponsored twice a year and provide opportunities for spiritual growth, Christian fellowship, and service to the church. The primary goal of the LWMS is to promote the spread of the Gospel through information and support of missions and missionaries.
