Will transportation be provided from the airport?

No.  Sky Harbor Airport has completed a central car rental facility which houses all car rental agencies.  Shuttles will take you from the airport to the rental agency of your choice at the facility.  Car rental subsidy is not eligible for reimbursement.  Therefore, we recommend that you book a rental with other delegates to help keep your costs low.  For those who do not wish to rent a car, Super Shuttle is available outside the baggage claim area.  Be mindful, however, that if you are with other passengers who are not staying at the resort, your travel time may be lengthened if you are not the only drop off point.

What is the driving time from the airport to the resort or the church?

Once you have picked up your car, driving time from the airport to both the resort and the church will be somewhere in the neighborhood of 40-50 minutes depending on traffic.

Will transportation be available from the resort to King of Kings Lutheran Church for the opening service on Monday morning?

If you are renting a car for a Monday arrival, you may drive directly to the church from the airport.  If you are being dropped off at the resort, we will arrange to have some drivers available to provide you with transportation to the church.  The drivers will be instructed to pick up passengers at the hotel lobby entrance.  The last car will leave for the church at 10:30 a.m.
