2008 Registration Form

 

Registration Fees

        The annual district assessments have been suspended for 2008.  A fee of 5.00 per person will be collected from each delegate upon arrival and registration at the convention.  The fee will be used to assist the BPS with expenses incurred for their respective seminars.

Filing Deadline

        Please submit your registration form by Friday, May 9, 2008.

  ALTERNATE Layman Delegate (The alternate will serve only if the first lay delegate is unable to do so.)

PLEASE NOTE:  Both the Lay Delegate and the Alternate Lay Delegate from each congregation will need to fill out and submit this form.

Requests to be EXCUSED. 

            All members of the district (pastor, teacher, and a lay congregational delegate) are required to attend.
            If a delegate is unable to do so, a valid excuse must be submitted in writing to the Registration and Excuse Committee.
            Type your excuse in the box below.  (Please note that vacations are not generally considered to be valid excuses.)

         

 

 

Our Board/Committee/Group would like to have a small group meeting sometime during the convention.  Can we do so?

    Yes.  However, you should clear your request with the District Secretary if your Board/Commission/Group is not scheduled on the agenda.  Times and meeting space are limited and must be set up with the Resort.  This ONLY APPLIES to those groups requesting a meeting room.  Informal meetings held over dinner, around the pool, or in someone's room, for example, do not need to be cleared.  Contact the District Secretary HERE.
